Shipping information

Items can take up to 1 week to be produced and shipped, although it is usually quicker. Once an item is shipped, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Delivery time depends on your location, your country, and shipping provider.

Do not use a P.O. Box as a delivery address, since we use multiple shipping partners aside from USPS. Private mailboxes that receive mail from different providers is ok.

Enter either your Order #, your email or phone number and click Track Your Order. You may also enter a tracking number, which will be in your email once an item ships. If you cannot find this number, please contact us so we can send it to you.

If you have multiple items being shipped from different locations, it will display as shipment #1, shipment #2, etc.
